I have been in a little funk lately, but I feel myself emerging. Now... I know it's only the 15th of September, but I can't help but be overly excited about October. October and November are my two favorite months! I love Halloween and I love Thanksgiving. Candy corn and turkey? Who can say no to that?!
I get to start October off with a bang. My best friend Liz and I are heading to San Fransisco to stay the weekend with our lovely friend Vivianna. I can't wait to explore the city and eat at as many restaurants my belly will let me!
The second weekend of October I will be in Lodi attending a special workshop. It's called Heart Change. It's a little tough for me to get into, but I am hoping to really enjoy my time here and work on being a better human being.
The third weekend of October I am flying out to visit with my very good friend Justin Barnes. Justin moved to L.A. with our good friend Jack not too long ago, and I miss him more than I can say. I am purchasing a one way ticket. Justin is going to drive us back to Sacramento on Saturday and then we are attending a homecoming. Yes, I will be going BACK to high school. Who knew?!

ReplyDeleteI may be biased but make sure to go to the Mission district when you visit San Francisco...some of the best food in the city and lots of wonderful shops.
